Our first experience, Oaxaca: Tierra y Tiempo sold out five nights in June 2025 in Dumbo, Brooklyn.
Attendees visit agave fields in Santa Catarina Minas while sipping mezcal made according to an ancestral process.
They follow along the laborious process of turning 28 ingredients into Zapotec mole negro—and then taste the result (brought back from Oaxaca).
Five courses, five extraordinary stories, one very special experience.
The idea is to spark some cultural empathy and connection, across the table and across borders, at a time when this is much needed.
